Triage Web Studios is a web design and development studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit triagewebstudios.co.za or contact us. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use our project form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, phone number and project details.
• Nothing behind the scenes. Our website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools, and the project form does not store your details on our website. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To plan, build and support your website or project.
• To keep basic records of the work we do for you.

We will not send you marketing messages you have not asked for.

We do not share your data

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for their own use. The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose it, for example by a court order.

To be transparent: messages you send on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and our website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) needed to serve the site. Neither receives your information from us for any other purpose.

How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it to work with you or as the law requires.

Your rights
